Charity and Community
Making a positive contribution to the wider community
Questor Insurance is very much committed to investing in young people's futures in the workplace and the local community. As a team, we have delivered a whole host of charity support in the form of staff fundraising events and an online donation facility for our customers to donate to an annual charity fund.
Andrew Lawrence, CEO at Questor Insurance says: 'We are proud of our charitable achievements collaboratively with our customers, via our donation facility. From 2023 Questor Insurance will be matching customer donations up to £5,000.
Our chosen charity this year is:
Dandelion Time - Transforming young lives
We are a nature-based charity that works with children and their wider family to overcome issues and difficulties. We help them find opportunities for change and rebuild relationships while creating happy memories along the way.
Health, education and social care services face huge financial pressures and aren’t always the right solution for children with such issues: Dandelion Time fills this gap, with the potential to save services over £1m for every 100 children.* Our families take part in a ten-week programme of nature and craft activities, with one-to-one support from skilled therapeutic staff. Dandelion Time are a catalyst to bring about change for each child so that they can become resilient and thrive despite the toughest of conditions, just like a dandelion.
