Three new Four Seasons Private Jet journeys will be taking off next year, the Hotels & Resorts brand has announced.
Culinary Discoveries will be a first-of-its-kind journey which has been developed in partnership with one of the world’s most acclaimed head chefs, René Redzepi, from the Copenhagen-based Noma.
From May 2017, the three-week Culinary Discoveries itinerary will offer travelers a culinary journey which will explore some of the world's hottest foody destinations and involve the people who are making the biggest waves in the restaurant industry.
Influences from Asia and Europe will allow guests to discover and connect with the culinary cultures. Destinations will include Chiang Mai, Copenhagen, Florence, Tokyo, Seoul and Paris.
The journey of the senses will look at destinations in various ways; whether that means by visiting some of the most famous and cutting edge restaurants and private kitchens or being shown the markets and farms that the local chefs use to provide their unique produce.
With food fans making their presence felt in so many ways these days, the chance to visit each of the historical and cultural landmarks that have influenced cuisine in each destination, and far beyond, is sure to prove popular. Add to that the legendary service that can be expected from exclusive stays at Four Seasons hotels and you have a package that will have even wider appeal.
Guests will be able to participate in a series of hosted talks and conversations and interact with some of the most knowledgeable names in the culinary community.
René explained: “We have always enjoyed the opportunity to travel and explore, and to learn about the ingredients and cultures that have helped shape what people eat and how they cook.
“From our team’s travels across Scandinavia to relocating our restaurant to Tokyo and Sydney, our international journeys have helped expand our minds and our tastes, and influenced the creativity of the Noma kitchen.
