Group Chief Executive of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Aloysius Lee, said: “Today's guest experience journey begins a long time before an actual stay. In order to build a closer relationship with our guests, we needed first to understand them better.”
The robust integrated Digital Platform not only works for the guests by giving them an engaging online experience but it also gives the hotels a credible direct sales tool.
The functionality is designed to take into account the behaviour of today's travellers who are internet savvy, self-sufficient and often hard-pressed for time.
