British sun-seekers ready to book their spring holidays are in luck as budget airline easyJet has put its spring schedule on sale for 2016 – with a record number of flights and routes set to take off.
The airline has announced 136,000 additional flights which are set to launch across easyJet’s network between 21 March and 26 June 2016 – providing travellers with more than 22.5 million available seats.
Of these seats, more than 12.8 million are now on sale to and from the UK on a total of 77,900 flights – giving holidaymakers plenty to look forward to, including low fares.
Brits spoilt for choice
Sophie Dekkers, easyJet’s UK Director, said the firm is “really pleased” to be putting the spring 2016 flights on sale this month – giving passengers the chance to look forward to even more low fares to some of Europe’s best beaches, cities and ski destinations.
She added that with the “impressive” network of additional routes passengers will now be “spoilt for choice”, while also being able to benefit from the company’s excellent customer service and allocated seating.
Ms Dekkers also explained that easyJet won’t be stopping there. They are keen to make travelling as easy as possible for holidaymakers with the addition of their mobile app, meaning passengers can search for and book flights, while also ensuring they have live access to flight updates and can download boarding passes.
Meanwhile, for those Brits looking for a little travel inspiration for next year’s holiday of a lifetime, they can use the easyJet Inspire Me app, which is available from the website to help travellers find flights tailored to their needs and budget.
EasyJet has bases at 11 UK airports and flies over 750 routes on its network across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East – giving British travellers plenty of choice.
