As the end of 2014 approaches, many of us may already have our New Year's resolutions in mind. If upgrading your travel experience is top of your priority list, you'll be glad to know that you can still indulge in 5-star luxury for under £100 a night.
According to the latest figures from Hotels.com - which analysed average room prices paid by UK travellers in the first half of 2014 - hotel rooms with a five star rating could be snapped up in both Pisa and Warsaw for less than £100 per night.
However, the good news for fans of all things luxe doesn't end there. The research also goes on to reveal an impressive list of 23 cities that will give you change from £100 for a four star stay - including anywhere from Beijing to Madrid.

Wherever you are heading to in the world, it's important to organise worldwide travel insurance in advance.
