Ever fancied a pint of Guinness at 37,000 feet? Well, now you can thanks to the new luxury service from Guinness on private jets.
The stout maker has recently announced plans to launch its own premier class jet service, which will fly from the UK to Dublin every Friday and Saturday evening. Guinness promises to give fans the ultimate private jet experience as a superior alternative to low cost airlines.
The first flight took off last week and the schedule will run for a limited nine-week period from a range of destination in the UK. This gives Guinness drinkers the chance to enjoy an unforgettable short-haul flight. The Guinness Class jet features sleek leather interiors and a high level of customer service. There is an on-board bar on the aircraft, serving the popular brew and stout themed food. Guinness claims that the cabin crew are all expertly trained in the art of pouring the perfect pint at altitude.
The promotional stunt is being done in a bid to boost the luxury image of the brand as it takes its first steps into the aviation sector. Nick Britton, Guinness senior brand manager, said: “Whether it is brewing the perfect pint or flying our consumers by private jet to the home of Guinness, we never settle for the ordinary.”
Flights will take off every Friday and Saturday evening between 18:00 and 20:00 during the trial period in a range of locations across the UK.
Fancy a ride on the Guinness jet? Drinkers have the chance to win a flight experience on the private jet at pubs up and down the UK. Winners will be treated to a luxury flight and night out in Dublin before being chauffeured back to their homes by sunrise. Anyone looking to travel overseas, be it on a private jet or not, should take out travel insurance before they leave.
