British Airways Premier customers to get healthy glow at Heathrow

Premium customers flying with British Airways have many added extras to give their journey a little bit of luxury and now the latest offering from the airline will see a brand new 15-minute hands-on facial added to the list.

The very latest Biotec Energising Skincare System, which is claimed to 'switch your skin back on' to give a visibly healthy, nourished and more energised look, will be available at the airline's Elemis Travel spas.

Exclusive treatments

Business and leisure customers will be able to experience Elemis' new Biotec System which features a hands-on facial treatment in addition to the existing treatments and skin-therapies that are on offer.

Anyone flying in First and Club World, as well as Executive Club Gold Members flying long-haul, can take advantage of the latest offering at the airline's luxurious Elemis Travel spas in Heathrow Terminals 5 and 3. The service will also be available at New York JFK Terminal 7.

Continuing commitment

British Airways Director of Customer Experience, Troy Warfield, explained: “This exclusive new complimentary treatment, which helps make our customers feel more energised and refreshed when they fly, is part of our continuing commitment to making British Airways the airline of choice for flyers."

He added that British Airways are always on the lookout for ways of making the experience for passengers “easier, more enjoyable and relaxing”, something that he believes the Elemis partnership will help to provide.

The new Biotec Energising Skincare System is the result of more than three years’ worth of research and development by Elemis' cosmetic scientists leading up to the new launch.

“Cell energy is crucial to skin health,” explained Co-founder and creator of Elemis, Noella Gabriel. “I wanted to create a system that would turbo-charge the skin from within, delivering true vitality to the complexion. This is ground-breaking technology, where the best of science and the best of nature are harnessed for extraordinary results.”

If you are taking a long flight you can also ease your stress levels by making sure you have your Long-Haul Travel Insurance arranged in advance.
