We are based at brand new refurbished offices, take a tour, in Maidstone and are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our exceptional Customer Service Team.

Our business is centred around exceptional customer service (just read out Trust Pilot reviews!). Our team is relatively small in comparison to what a ‘normal’ call centre team is, and we like it that way. What we are looking for:

We are seeking someone with that ‘sunshine’ personality who genuinely enjoysdelivering great customer service. The hours of work are Monday to Friday (no weekends or bank holidays),9am –6pm.

Our customer service team are the ‘voice’ for our company, and so it is essential that candidates have:

  • An excellent grasp of the English language (additional languages will be a huge plus)
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Lightning speed typing skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • High level of computer skills (being proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Ability to prioritise their own work load.

We are based at brand new refurbished offices, take a tour, in Maidstone and are looking for a Digital Campaign Executive to work within our marketing team reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. Operating on a global scale, our marketing activities are predominately online. We recognise the key to our success to date has been identifying market opportunities and tailoring our communication and marketing activities accordingly.

About the role:

This role will be responsible for growing, managing and developing our digital campaigns across a variety of platforms and channels such as PPC, Display, Native, Social, Remarketing, Email and Programmatic. You will have a key focus on SEO and SEM, have the ability to get involved in web development and design projects as well as leading on affiliate recruitment and ongoing relationship management, via both agencies and direct relationships.

This role is very hands on across all our digital activities, and therefore an in-depth working knowledge of digital marketing practices is essential. ROI, improving conversions and generating volume is key, therefore this person needs to have the confidence and understanding to pull different ‘levers’ across their working remit to increase sales volumes and commission levels. No two days are ever the same and the person will be able to multi-task across a multitude of different ‘projects’ to ensure deadlines are met.

At Questor Insurance we strive to be trend setters, not followers, therefore this person needs to be able to ‘think outside of the box’, as well as keeping up to date on latest digital developments and on our competitor activities and digital strategies.

Over the last 18 months we have invested a lot of resource into developing our brand, this person will aid us in taking this further and will be perceived as the ‘Questor Brand Ambassador’ within the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead on in the daily management and development of our paid for digital advertising campaigns across all brands and platforms (such as PPC, paid social, display ads, remarketing etc)
  • Assist with e-marketing strategies in both the planning and execution of campaigns.
  • Create and publish new website content
  • Assist in the planning and execution of SEO and SEM strategies, both on a strategic and implementation level across all company websites.
  • Assist with social media strategies in both the planning and execution of campaigns.
  • Understand and report on onsite performance metrics – relating to all digital activities.
  • Grow Affiliate Network – Increase existing productivity and establish new relationships
  • Manage day to day relationship with appointed affiliate agency and existing individual affiliates
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Develop seasonal digital campaigns
  • Be part of web development activities and projects. Involvement will differ, from design to basic coding, as well as project managing from time to time. (involvement level will differ on each project as per project requirements)
  • Produce content - design and written
  • Assist with other marketing activities on an adhoc basis as requested by Head of Marketing.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is confident, dynamic and a team player. As a representative of the Questor Insurance Brand, they need to be outgoing, personable and professional.

The successful candidate will have a worked in a marketing role for at least 2 years and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • An excellent understanding of digital marketing, with proven experience in SEO and PPC activities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of using analytical tools and being able to convert analysis findings into SMART actions.
  • A working knowledge of affiliate and/or account management role.
  • Experience of working towards objectives and reporting on results
  • Creative outlook (being able to think outside of the box) with an eye for design.
  • Confident in making decisions and taking accountability for own actions.
  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite Programmes, Microsoft Office and a basic working knowledge of HTML.

Qualifications:

We believe that experience and the right attitude is more important than qualifications. However, desired qualifications are:

  • Further education in a business or marketing related subject area
  • A levels (A-C)

What we are looking for:

Passion, commitment, enthusiasm, proactiveness and flexibility are all essential qualities that we look for in our staff. Our requirements for the role are:

  • 18 months+ commercial experience in ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms
  • Some experience with SQL Server/Knowledge of relational databases, Entity Framework
  • HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript
  • A desire for writing clean code and adhering to best practices and an eagerness to develop coding skills and adapt to new technologies.

Additional desired requirements for the role are:

  • Web APIs
  • Understanding of VB.Net
  • React/Angular/Modern JS Framework/Node.js experience
  • Version Control and unit testing experience

About the role:

You will report to the Head of Operations as well as working closely with the CEO, you will be a full stack developer with experience using a ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI and ReactJs or similar frontend. A knowledge of SQL, Entity Framework and JavaScript is required we will provide training to close any gaps in knowledge. Our web infrastructure is actively managed by RackSpace, the overall responsibility for this will fall in to your area of responsibility.

You will lead the web development activity, working closely all parts of the business to ensure that we provide market leading web experiences for customers. You will set high standards and ensure that all code written meets these standards. You will keep up to date with trends in web development a create a vision for the business over the medium and long term.

You will attend Senior Management Team Meetings and play a role in developing the company’s medium and long-term strategy
