ensure that our clients have an outstanding experience. Our key principles are:

- The buying process is made as easy as possible
- Clients can obtain information from the Business in as many ways as possible
- Make sure that Clients are aware of any special offers that will reduce the premium
of the policy being purchased
- We do not charge a higher premium to buy on the telephone then they would have paid
if they had purchased online
- Ensure that the policy purchased was at the lowest price available
- Actively support clients in the event that they have to make a claim by chasing
the claim handlers, intervening if necessary and escalating poor claim performance
- Provide a simple complaint procedure
