How to Make a Claim
Claims are handled by AXA Assistance on behalf of Insurers, Questor staff are available
to assist you should you need it. We will shortly have the ability to look-up claims
and provide a tracking service.

of a loss
- Telephone AXA Assistance on 0845 458 9677 to advise a loss
Once a claim has been notified you will receive a partially completed claim form
which should be fully completed and signed and returned with following documentation:

- Copy of your Certificate of Insurance
- Copy of Rental Contract
- A copy of your Charge Receipt (if separate from the Rental Agreement)
- A copy of the Law Enforcement / Police Report (if applicable) for Damage / Loss
over £50.00
- Renter’s copy of the Vehicle Rental Company accident damage report
- Invoices / Receipts / other documents confirming the amount you have paid in respect
of Accident / Damage / Loss etc. for which the Vehicle Rental Company holds you
responsible
- Copy of your credit card statement showing payment of the damages claimed
- Copy of the driving licence of the person involved in the accident (the driver)
- Your bank details including address, bank account number and sort code as the Insurer
will settle the agreed loss direct to your bank.
