Our Underwriters
Our insurance programme is underwritten by
White Horse Insurance Ireland Limited an experienced travel insurer which
is part of the Thomas Cook Group of companies. White Horse are based in the Republic of Ireland
where they are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
White Horse are unusual among travel insurers in that they have an in-house claims
team that allows them to focus on customer service and to control the cost of handling
claims.
Pre-Existing Medical Conditions
Currently Questor's travel insurance products do not cover any pre-existing medical
conditions however Questor are working on an online solution for these clients.
