who reside in the UK. Questor's travel insurance offers great value for money giving
our clients a choice in the levels of cover and each policy can be customised to
meet your exact requirements.
We do not believe in providing cheap travel insurance, we believe in providing great

Our Underwriters
Our insurance programme is underwritten by
White Horse Insurance Ireland Limited an experienced travel insurer which
is part of the Thomas Cook Group of companies. White Horse are based in Dublin
where they are regulated by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (equivalent
to the UK's Financial Services Authority).
White Horse are unusual among travel insurers in that they have an in-house claims
team that allows them to focus on customer service and to control the cost of handling
claims.
Pre-Existing Medical Conditions
Currently Questor's travel insurance products do not cover any pre-existing medical
conditions however Questor are working on an online solution for these clients.
