Declaration

All persons to be covered under this policy are: -

1. Aged between 21 and 84
2. Hold a full UK or internationally recognised driver's licence
3. Not subject to a driving ban
4. Are fit to drive and not driving against the advice of a medical practitioner
5. Not renting a motorcycle, commercial vehicle, camper van or mini-bus for private use with more than 9 seats

Additional Information

1. This insurance is available to persons resident worldwide
2. For Policyholders resident outside the UK/Ireland, this insurance excludes rentals in country of permanent residence
3. Payment of this premium will be in GBP
4. The contract of insurance is subject to UK jurisdiction
5. The policy document is only available in English
6. All policies are liable for Insurance PremiumTax except Policyholders permanently resident in Channel Island and the Isle Of Man.
