Notify Insurers of a Car Hire Insurance Claim
This page will guide you through the process of notifying your Underwriter that
you wish to make a claim under your car hire insurance policy. To do this
you will need the certificate of insurance that was issued to you when you purchased
your policy. If you do not have this to hand, please login and retrieve a
copy of the certificate of insurance.
This system will advise AXA Assistance that you are making a claim, the details
that you enter here together with policy details held by Questor will be emailed
to AXA Assistance who will then issue you a partially completed claim form by email
within two working days. When you receive the claim form please complete the
form and return it to AXA Assistance at the address shown on the claim form with
the supporting documents.
Please note that if you do not return the supporting documents this will delay settlement
of your claim. Under normal circumstances AXA Assistance should process your
claim within ten working days at which point payment will be authorised.
If you have not heard from AXA Assistance after ten working days has expired please
let us know and we will submit an enquiry on your behalf.
